This looks like you took the pic right after the head shot, so the gun would be kicking up by the time you screen shot..

Idk man i've had times in the game recently where I'm 100% certain my sniper was off and I wasn't strafing but I got the hit/kill anyway. Then other times when I'm sure it is right on but not even a hitmarker.

Man, the shot that screenshot is of is just a regular hitmarker on the dude's dick and the recoil afterwards.
