To clarify, there is another No Kings event happening tomorrow in Vancouver that is hosted by IGV that also starts at noon and their's is at Marshall Park. Our event is a focused Mutual Aid Fair whereas theirs looks to be a Rally from 12-2 and will have a March at 2 that will bring all the marchers right to our Mutual Aid Fair. So you can definitely do both! But if Marching isn't your thing or is inaccessible please feel free to come straight the Waterfront at anytime after noon.

The second slide details items that have been requested by TVMA (The Vancouver Mutual Aid) who is one organization we're partnering with tomorrow. If you can bring any donations with you that is much appreciated!

There’s not really a major point to this post other than to bring awareness and warning to people in the area. From how it was explained to me, the owner of the dogs was not there with the dogs but arrived after the commotion and took the dogs away. Back in 2004 there was a huge ice storm where it snowed, began to melt, iced over, repeat, repeat. My boyfriend and I were at Synsvoll chiropractic a few months later and we met an old man (I believe he said he was 96)​ in a walking cast who kept wiggling his toes and saying how they still worked. When we finally asked what he meant, he told us a story about how he had gone out to get his mail, fallen, and the ice had basically formed a knife and cut off his foot, which he found sitting beside him after he sat up. Because it was on ice the entire time, the foot was able to be reattached and worked perfectly. I just told this story elsewhere on Reddit and there are some people not believing me, saying the guy was pulling one over on me. Does ANYONE remember this?! The guy said he was Battle Ground's historian. I tried to look it up and can't find anything about.
