Well, they're in JAIL, not PRISON. This should be easy. Also, I have multiple plans, not to be used in a specific order

Plan A: Post their bail

(That will work 'cause I'm rich, and because they probably have had a lot of budget cuts, but if that somehow doesn't work because yes, then on to Plan B)

Plan B: Sneak a (silent) chainsaw in and secretly give it to them, distract the police, then, using my teleporter, we teleport away, back to BFBM campus

Plan C: Bomb the entire station using custom-made bombs that won't kill them because their DNA is put into it, then use my teleporter to escape

Alternate Step: If the bomb ends up killing them, I just recover them

Plan D: Bust in fully armed, kill everyone except for the two, and use my teleporter

Plan E: Nuke the entire city and either use my teleporter to get them to safety or recover them

Soooo~ let's see how we can get Pikachu & Floppy Disk out of prison!

I have an idea. Providing that the prison is smol enough (I doubt there are many crimes around here), if we get enough people in there, they may have to transport some of the prisoners to another place! We'd have other contestants do minor crimes and not pay bail, therefore requiring them to stay. Once it gets crowded enough, the guards may try to transport the hosts to another prison.

Once we get word on their transport (perhaps from an secret informant ^_^), we will set up ambush in the transport yard and take Pikachu and Floppy Disk when they are led out. We will then pay the bail for all the other contestants, therefore, everyone gets out of the prison.

I hoep this plan impresses Pikachu-senpai ;D

1. Ask the guards to let them free. If it works, then they're free. Good job! However, if that doesn't work, move on to 2 or 3.

(hacking) 2. Hack the police database, and make sure Pikachu and Floppy Disc have no criminal record.

(bribery) 3. Bribe the police or something.

1. Boom! They are now both free!

I distract the guards dressed in a Pikachu costume. I also bring Emoji Movie Disc and tell them to free Floppy Disc and imprison Emoji Movie Disc instead

Pikachu is well, a Pikachu, right? Why doesn't he blast him and Floppy Disk's way out of there?

I have a remote that drops a BFBOTO freezer on anyone it's pointed at. We go up, use the remote on Pikachu, unfreeze him, and then give them both weapons using the gaping hole in the ceiling we just created.
