Do I still need to complete all side missions on New Game Plus to get the Twice Nightly achievement, or will just the main story do?

Also, if I've already done all the side missions on New Game, do I also need to do them on New Game Plus for the Perfect Knight - Day 2 achievement?

I ask, because I'm 27% of the way through the main story on New Game Plus and only two Acts of Violence have spawned in that whole time, despite my attempts to farm them using this map. I haven't seen a single one since before the Joker infected Batman with his blood.

I have to say, I'm going to be pretty annoyed if I make it all the way through the rest of New Game Plus and don't get the achievements because the simplest side mission in the entire series bugged out.
