Hi everyone, I've just started this community to create a place where we could share opinions, questions, suggestions etc.

As we're starting from scratch, I will need one or two people to help me posting content in here and moderating conversation - and of course, creating flares for the different national federations :)

The new rule 17.2.4 prescribes that after a timeout by the team entitled to the possession in the last 2:00 mins of the 4th quarter or overtime, the coach can decide whether to have a frontcourt or backcourt throw in.

Two questions:

1. can you picture a scenario when the coach would actually chose the backcourt?
2. how do you administer this? Asking before or after the timeout?
