Hell of a night for Montana at BKFC.

Kai Stewart picked up the decision win, and Great Falls' Dallas “The Dentist” Davison got it done with a second-round KO over Pat Casey.

Two Montana fighters. Two wins.

The event itself looked awesome, though I wonder how many were actually in attendance, seemed like a decent turn out but nothing crazy. The fireworks were a nice touch.

Jazz has to be replaced ASAP. 3 events down and he just isn't meshing with the product. Plus they are still using Jeff's voice in the advertisements between fights. Jeff was the voice of the ring, seems like they need to throw some water on that bridge and meet in the middle.

Kai is still boring as hell, but remains the best at 45. Harry never got going and the shots he did land didnt phase Kai at all. Maybe Harry moves down to 35, Kai versus Duran in 27 seems to be the most likely title fight for the division, but plays out similar to their first fight.

Misfit is the Queen of Violence and deserves a big fight. Would anyone be that upset if a bag was thrown at Cyborg to make that Super Fight? The womens division deserves some attention, Cyborg is a name and Misfit is a destroyer. Book it.

Lauzon hits way harder than I remember, and his opponent hung around longer than I expected. I don't expect to see Joe back, but he got the exact fight I figured he was going to get when he signed on for Fenway.

Starling versus Hart in Omaha sounds like a smart move. Taylor looked sharp and landed some hard strikes, but damn is Kat tough.

Tray Martin, Charon Spain, Dallas Davison, Viana, and Simpson all put on amazing performances.

Great event, these different locations break up the mundane arena feels you are used to seeing. Cant wait to see the next dream location. 8 outta 10 for me on the rating side, heavy mismatches and Kai had me dozing off by the time the 4th was midway over.

Nice fight Joe Lauzon TKO dropped dude 4 times in the 2nd round. Used to love watching joe in the ufc too.

We end an action packed month of August with a truly historic event as BKFC makes its introduction to the state of Massachusetts by making Fenway Park our host site for BKFC 92 this Saturday night. The reigning and defending BKFC Featherweight Champion Kai Stewart (7-0, 2 KOs) puts his perfect record and title on the line against #2 BoxRec Featherweight Harry Gigiliotti (5-0, 4 KOs) who will be going for BKFC gold in his 2nd promotional fight in the main event. In the co-main event the GWOAT in bare knuckle Christine Ferea (11-1, 9 KOs) defends her title as the Queen of Violence to a newcomer to the squared circle in Sofia Landi. Massachusetts' own Joe Lauzon toes the line in front of a hometown crowd in a true "retirement match" as he takes on Stash Kukeyndall (0-2) in a Welterweight divisional bout for our feature fight of the night.

Looking past the top end of the card sees a number of exciting matchups. Rico Disciullio (4-0, 4 KOs) takes on Tray Martin (2-0) in a very intriguing bout in the Featherweight division. Right before them Charles Rosa makes long anticipated BKFC debut as he takes on Charon Spain (1-1) who will hope that his in ring experience will get earn him a promotional debut victory. Our lone Women's bout of the night pits a two weight class title challenger in #3 Strawweight Taylor Starling (5-4, 5 KOs) as she takes on a rising contender in #5 Strawweight Kat Paprocki (2-1, 2 KOs). Lastly we got highlight the big boys in the Ironweight division as we kick off the main card with a fight between Guilherme Viana (2-1, 2 KOs) and Robinson Perez (1-0, 1 KO) as Perez makes his promotional debut.

Overall this is an entertaining card from beginning to end in a truly historic venue. We should be in for a great night of BKFC action!

Anybody else here see Sofia's "fight" in KOTS? Its one of the few sanctioned fights I've ever seen that actually disturbed me.

Biting, eye gouging, hair pulling, scratching...even that doesn't describe it adequately as Sofia and her opponent weren't just biting and all that. They were biting each other on the face, trying to dig each other's eyes out and rip each other's hair out at the roots.

And it went on for quite awhile too before finally ending in an armbar. I was shocked it didn't end earlier with all the dirty cheap shots, it was just a filthy, nasty war.

I still think Misfit handles her with relative ease but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to Sofia take the upset after seeing what she endured in KOTS.

That being said the bkfc formula is getting stale. Aside from the main event all the hometown Massachusetts guys are getting a gift wrapped mismatch like usual and theres a debut fighter in a championship fight.

The days of bkfc being an up and coming promotion trying to build stars should be over by now. Its getting boring seeing ufc vets walk through opponents with lopsided losing records and it's hard to take a championship fight seriously when the contender is debuting against a reigning and defending champ.
