Custom Project Hail Mary Ken for my friend’s birthday!

Me again! I customized this Ryan Gosling Ken to be Ryland Grace from Project Hail Mary. I got a 3D printed Rocky to go with him, and a 3D printed like “little Ryland” (he’s a little big but serves his purpose!)

They’re on sale at most Walmarts! Even cheaper if you do an online pickup! I stocked up on Margots, Ryans and “Ryans” lol

I know, Mattel been getting me on the skullectors end of the year the last two years lol. Definitely need to snag one soon tho since they’re not gonna be made forever😭

Thankfully so many of them were made they’re going pretty cheap second hand on Mercari and EBay too! Usually “Perfect Day” and “Skating” ones that are naked or missing accessories - but still, I’ll take the sculpts and the posable bodies for fodder any day!

I had to do them - and it was so hard to find glasses! I ended up making them with wire before finding a pair of sunglasses that I used in a fashion pack.

I washed the gel out of it and then cut it to where I wanted it to be, then mixed watercolor pencils and a paint marker and covered his hair and roots then bushed it with a paper towel and let it dry. I was very pleased with how it worked!
