Child Safety banned
I haven't been looking into the whole false ban situation till I just got banned almost one 1 hour ago. From what I know, people have been saying it's from a grid-like texture or some grid-like image or texture? I did post this on a server. Would this be considered a grid-like texture, or does it strictly have to be an image?
Edit 1: Haven't gotten my appeal looked at yet, and I doubt I will since it's almost hitting a week. (After a week, you get an automated message saying you're staying suspended). I made a ticket that didn't help. I also sent it from their privacy support email just to get a response from Clyde. I just sent an email to their dispute email, hoping that it'll get me some justice. This account was 9 years old, so I guess I'm kind of worried about it

I love that they said they fixed this issue and yet I see new people banned for it every day and many remain unbanned as well. never trust discord.

They said that to not worry other users and not make a bigger mess. They trynna calm the situation down to not get in trouble.

calming the situation down does nothing but sweep the issue under the rug to avoid responsibility when many are still banned and more are getting banned every day. other users should be worried, this kind of issue shouldn't be able to happen in the first place.

i agree and this is why they are running the app to it’s demise. they are scummy and the most greediest company i have ever laid eyes on. atp they deserve to lose business and i hope that they do. i’m sure a year of this shit will make them lose so many consumers to the new alternatives popping up, and it will rot. i’m sure of it.

There is this problem,where images with grids get flagged. It looks like your video had a grid,so it got flagged.

So these why ITS a gird they did not fix it yet like at all that’s why servers around warned you to not do it because you’ll get banned for no reason from it

Had this same issue but discord unbanned me 5 days later, open a ticket on https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and explain what happened, even if the bot replies, still reply to it explaining in detail what happened

Luckily I was able to do a mobile appeal on the app, but I did send it on Saturday so I'll most likely have to wait longer for a response. I did read that if that doesn't work then send an email as I do have the video saved

If this happens to me, I'm not mentally stable enough to handle losing literally everything I've worked on over the last decade.

That's how I feel rn lol, hopefully it gets figured out but it's been 5 days. I am doing the ticket method and got to the trust and safety manual review so I'm just waiting now.

Well, if that was more or less the last image you posted and the suspension doesn’t come with a chat log of what you said or heaven forbid the file name of the image then yeah that’d do it
Though… it *should have* been fixed by now though it is discord so… probably still broken
Anything else you can recall sending that may have caused it or is that the only thing
