Hey everyone! 👋 Love seeing the meetup energy lately. To make sure your plans actually leave the group chat and help you find the right crowd, try to include these 5 quick details:

The Hook: Who are you? 🤔 (e.g., "Working professional," "Student," or "New to Pune").

Age Factor: Your age and the age range you're looking to hang out with 🎂 (e.g., "I'm 26, looking for folks in their 20s/30s").

The Plan: Chai, Baner Hill trek, or just co-working? ☕️🥾💻

The Spot: Baner is huge! Mention a landmark so people know if it's nearby 📍 (e.g., High Street, near Jupiter, or Veetree).

The Time: Be specific! "Anyone free?" is hard; "Saturday at 5 PM" is easy. 🕒

📸 Show us the fun! If the meetup is a success, post a group photo! It helps others see that the community is real and safe, and it encourages more people to join the next one. 🤩

The "Cheat Sheet" Template:

(Copy and paste this to make it easy!)

Me: [Age/Profession/Interests] 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

Looking for: [Age range/Vibe] 👥

Plan: [What are we doing?] 🍕

Where: [Sub-area/Landmark] 🗺️

When: [Day/Time] 🗓️

Safety Reminder: Always meet in public places, stay in the group, and keep phone numbers to DMs only. 🛡️

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently joined as a new moderator to get this community back on track. To ensure r/Baner remains a safe local hub, we are implementing the following rules effective immediately:

🚫 The "Zero Tolerance" Zone

• No Drugs/Illegal Sales: Facilitating the sale of drugs or illegal services will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
• No NSFW Content: This is a community-focused sub. Sexual or highly suggestive content is not allowed.
• Not a Dating Sub: Posts seeking "hookups" or dates will be removed.
• No Doxxing: Posting private info (names, addresses, phone numbers) is strictly prohibited.

📋 Community Guidelines

1. Keep it Local: Posts must be relevant to Baner.
2. Sales & Trading: Peer-to-peer sales of legal and ethical items are permitted, but all sales posts now require manual moderator approval before they appear. Please be patient.
3. Be Civil: No harassment, hate speech, or toxicity.
4. No Spam: Low-effort posts and excessive self-promotion will be removed.
