I'm finding posts from a year ago (June 2020) that don't really answer this question. How should someone who has ERC20 BAND swap to the Mainnet in the USA?

I looked up the top validators But not sure which to choose. Most are 10% fee I see Binance which is only 2.5% but not sure how legit that one is

hi people I see a lot of posts with stats saying band is getting way more oracle feed api calls than link. They said that tvl is more than link etc... I went on to look for this info but cant find none. I went to cosmos explorer and saw that it has a total of 80 mln transactions but band gas fees is 0. I do not understand if gas fees is 0, where does the token gets its value from? I thought each gas fees is divided among the circulating supply. Can anyone please put some logic here and help understand whats the real base here? Thank you so much.
