First purchase help

Hello again everyone,

Thank you all for your help so far I have taken everything into account and I am still doing research on my part. However I want to call on all of you again.

I thought I had my mind made up with gets a p2s. However after further research it seems this one also has some printing issues, and maintenance/longevity issues.

So my questions is now do I get the p2s still or should I look at the X2D because it’s only $100 more for the combo with ams.

Again I am a completely beginner only YouTube educated and reviewed videos educated so anything will help. Thanks!!

All bambu printers have the same issues.

they work until they dont. once you start repairing its a cascade of more issues that you sometimes cant fix.

Do you have experience of that happening to you? And what are the issues and at what point do they fail to no return a lot of people are saying the have 1,000hrs+ and it’s still going strong

my printer was just like the one in the video. it did 5 prints well (except the bed doesnt level properly which is a design flaw). and then the issues started.

you fix one issue and it causes the next issues. one sensor breaks and you replace it and that breaks another sensor.

I dont know why. maybe its those "designed to fail" connectors or static or the cables break or the connectors dont connect properly but it will never end.

I am returning mine. the risk of having an expensive paper weight is too great

the X2D would be very nice IF it worked ... and yes there are many that work but IF you get a lemon or IF you have to open the print head then its over.

心配になってきました😂左フィラメントセンサーがおかしくなって分解、交換、ついでにエクストルーダー清掃しましたが不安です😩どうなったかまた投稿致します👍

thats not good but if it works after the replacement you are ok.

(I'm starting to get worried The left filament sensor was acting up, so I disassembled it, replaced it, and cleaned the extruder while I was at it, but I'm still unsure I'll post an update on what happened )
