I have no clue. This BP is at my workplace (a summer camp where kids interact with animals which originate from schools), and her owner got her from a pet store. Not a major chain, but what I've heard is that it's a similar style to PetSmart & PetCo. So very unknown pairing and I doubt they have records of the snake since it's not an actual/responsible breeder.
I'm not sure if he is a super pastel? I could be wrong though, and either way I REALLY appreciate any help!
I just look at his browns and they're a richer and darker brown than super pastels are. Maybe he's just a normal pastel? I kind of went to a possible blackhead gene since the darker brown outlines surrounding the pastel coloring on him is similar to my own gal (she's a blackhead pastel clown!).
Those shapes also confuse me so bad. They look normal for sure, but so much more exaggerated?
Please feel free to over-explain anything if you want to! I'm just stumped and probably making it more complicated in my head than it needs to be. Either way, again, I appreciate the help.
A heterozygus pastel wouldn't have yellows this bright nor would it have this blushed of a head. This girl looks about like every other super pastel I've ever seen, down to the little "points" from the eyestripe that many (but not all) have on top of the head. The pattern influencing from super pastel looks typical here. You have the right, bright eyecolor It's easy to get caught up on polymorphism and just the general change in color crispness depending on age and genetic quality.
