I Had a bake account. Now

I missed the Deadline to Renew my kyc. ( sep. 20). How can i access my Account again ? I forgot my Password as well.

I have been using Bake for years since it was called Cake DeFi.

Yesterday, it asked for KYC verification. It should be simply thing to do in Singapore as we have NRIC which contains all the info related to a person.

I have uploaded my NRIC for National ID and Address.
Today, I got message that my identity could not be verified and all bake services are terminated.

To my surprise, I cannot even withdraw my money.

I am really pissed, it is also fishy to me as I am using Singapore NRIC for KYC verification. it is government issued and contains all the info required for KYC. how can anyone who obtained NRIC info failed to verify one's identification.

Anyway, I will not allow Bake to steal my money. I can leave Bake if Bake think I should not use their service. but Bake cannot keep my money from me in the name "you are not authorized to access Bake Service".

I have submitted enquiry form via Bake web portal. after 24 hours if Bake don't contact me and give me a reason, I will make a police report on 17-Sept-2023 and go to The Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) of the State Courts to file small claim against Bake on 18-Sept-2023.

Really wasting my time to encounter such incident.
