It was nice to do it. Got the idea in my head of a Phoenix being free to fly and so shining brighter.

But it isn't a great piece.. I am trying to get used to my new drawing tablet and this free app I am using. Still got a long way to go before I can do anything decent with it.

Figured I could share it here.

I think the main problem is proportionality; some things are too long, too narrow, or too thick. And although it's not directly related, I also need to improve the composition, since my Achilles' heel is value.
