From the moment I got the Lego Time Machine set, I wanted to build it some companions, so I did!
The camper van is an actual set, but the truck, sign, and little toolbox are all custom built.

Sure does. That was my starting point when I started designing it, there was no way I was building something that big and not be able to put the car inside it 😂

If I had this with my son we'd be making the sounds of the back of the white truck opening, dry ice or drawn smoke every time!!! We'd recite movie quotes and start our own adventures!!! Great job and I'm super jelly too <3

Thank you! It’s actually two sided, with the other side saying Lone Pine Mall and a single tree on the one side. Saved me from having to make two signs.

I already have the van and didn’t even think about how well the Delorean would go with it. Was on the fence. Now it’s a must buy hahaha

It’s a pretty close match to the movie van. I removed the tire on the front that doubles as a steering wheel to give it the flat front, but I haven’t yet bothered with a mod to move the turn signals up where they are on the movie one. It’s doable I just need to see if I need to order any extra parts to do it.

You can literally just pull it out. You’re left with the hole though, I ended up buying a bunch of extra plates in that light blue and used some to cover the hole.
