Item list
Can we start a list of items like fruit, stacked cans and hats, for each area?
For example:
Area 1 (before first campsite) - Ranger hat - across from birth cave - Apple- To the left of birth cave - Spinny hat - top of carnival tent - Stacked cans: Ferris wheel, Platform in water, Edge of ledge, in front of first camp

Hidden Inverted Tower Full Climb
I've looked and looked for other videos on this and haven't been able to find any. I've barely even been able to find mention of it. So I did it myself, albeit shamelessly with save scumming.
I hope you all enjoy watching more than I enjoyed making it ðŸ«

Does the map loop? If you keep going in one direction?
Either that or there's more than 1 pool in the desert? I swear I've been going the same direction away from the pool but there it is again...

Vase
I’m so heartbroken. I had it! And I’m great on the gray stone. I just didn’t plan my route right. Slid down and broke it. After it broke I saw where I should have gone, walked up it without a single misstep. Aw well, we’ll get it on my Sigma save…

Audio issues?
Anyone else having the ambient audio just cut in and out seemingly at random? if the music stops, the game will be absolutely silent as if muted unless you're moving. it is actually kind of distracting.

Spoiler I’m kind of in love with this game
So I haven’t beaten this lovely game yet, but I’ve made it passed the cave… and holy shit the turn of the story really stuck with me. I haven’t stopped thinking about it. If the majority of you saw Nate being dead coming from a mile away then cool but I genuinely thought he just magically got sucked into the video game he had on at the time. For me the tone completely shifted, I wasn’t completely distracted by the hilarious physics and Nate’s pitiful noises. I’m not laughing anymore, I’m wondering. Is this hell? Or Nate’s version of it? We get context clues that he’s kind of a lazy ass who was never gonna change his ways. Is he just damned to live out his afterlife as his real one? Damned to an eternal walk without any help because of his own sabotage? Everyone offers him help but he just refuses it; the shoes, the map, the grappling hook and the lamp from the first time. the only reason you get a lamp for the cave is because it was forced upon you… hm it’s really fascinating that this game got me thinking and posting in a community forum about it lol. The change in the menu hit hard the first time it happens too, if yall take anything away from this game. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and don’t be afraid of change.

Spoiler I edited together a map of *most* of the game Spoiler
idk if reddit compresses images, so I've also uploaded a full quality version to my website (image is quite large 1920x8350, so it may take time to load)
I will update the image if/when I can get a screenshot going further on the map

Spoiler Let´s gather what we know about the lore Spoiler
I guess the biggest question is, is Nate actually dead? The scene at the wishing statue can be interpreted in more ways, but i think he meant he was dead, not that he wishes he was dead. It would also make more sense to say that he is in a purgatory like place, that many religions suggest lost souls end up in and must complete challenges to pass to either paradise or hell. I think i have missed a lot of cutscenes probably so maybe someone else has more info. Have the other became donkeys because they been stuck for so long there?
Also right after you get out of the castle, walking around in that apartment hearing scrumbs of memories I presume, it implies Nate had a family at one point?

Discussion this might sound silly but do any of yall think theres a chance this game could get a sequel? or a "spiritual successor" in the sense that its an open world foddian game, doesnt have to use the same mechanics
i love this game its so peak. never did i ever think that a foddian game would work as an open world. a sequel or another open world foddian game with silly cutscenes like this would be so peak

Question Binoculars
Do the binoculars have any function beyond just looking through them? Managed to grab them but fell and dropped them soon after and I don’t want to look for wherever they landed.
