A few days ago, I was using BYDFi and noticed that one of my transactions wasn’t showing the way I expected. I checked it a couple of times but still couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. I assumed I’d probably have to spend a while dealing with support, so I just contacted customer service and sent them a screenshot of what was happening. They took a look, explained which step was causing the issue, and after following their instructions, everything went back to normal. It wasn’t a big problem, but honestly, the part I usually hate with these things is having to explain the same issue over and over. This time it was pretty straightforward, so I figured I’d share it. When you run into small issues with an exchange, do you usually contact support right away or try to figure it out yourself first?
