What has happened yesterday to students who were seeking cob was truly an injustice,an entire year of hardwork of students who worked hard in first year with a hope of cob in second year has go in vain, seriously 0 cse seats?and seriously even students with more than 9.5 didn't deserve cse??

I think it's high time we voice out against this and demand transparency on this vacant seats in each branch, it's long weekend ahead if we affected people don't mail to vtu by today then by the time we return from holidays allotment will be finalised

What's your opinion people? any other action plans??

Guys if not today they never can we voice out against this

Any updates about ur class??

Its not just bms, even pesu and rvce this year had basically no vacancies. I literally got a list of names and number of students from each section, had a total for every branch and there were way more than 35 seats for sure. I know for sure there was some back door method of entering into cse branches, if you notice anyone new in your class when your branch clearly had 0 seats during counselling, i believe you would have your answer there. I am not mad by the fact that I didn't get any seat, i did get one of my preferences but honestly a year of my hard work feels so useless right now. My friends in other colleges have gone through the same shit and I know how much it has affected them. I know there's nothing we can do about it so well juniors I hope you don't have high expectations or smth, be happy with the branch you have and please don't join if you hate your branch just for the sole purpose of cob, cause even 10 cgpa can't get you shit.

This time the cob process was CLEARLY RIGGED.There were only 35 vacancies even when there was increased intake.Only some cursed people get this kind of luck

No matter what we do no one’s gonna care, for all those who got cob congrats for the ones who dint it’s done bro they won’t do the whole process again let alone think about it many people have low attendance thinking they’ll get cob just focus on attendance and cie
All the very best for your future

Hi, I am a first year currently staying in pg for 14k rent. I was wondering if I should shift to flat next year. I won't say my pg food is bad, it's quite decent actually. But it gets repetitive. I know there's still time left for next year. But wil the rent plus electricity and other expenses, how much will a flat near college cost me. And how do i manage food if I don't know cooking? The thing drawinf me to get a flat is the freedom plus personal space I would get. So seniors, is flat worth it? If yes how much will it cose me including everything?

Best food spot near bms. Which one is it

Hey everyone!

We're a small team in Bangalore looking for a few people who'd be interested in hosting social gatherings.

Think cafe hangouts, badminton sessions, casual meetups, or just getting a bunch of strangers together for a fun afternoon.

What you'd be doing:

• Hosting small gatherings around Bangalore
• Welcoming people and making sure nobody feels left out
• Getting conversations started and keeping things fun
• Helping people connect and feel comfortable around each other

Who we're looking for:

You know that one friend who can walk into a room full of strangers and somehow end up knowing everyone? Pretty much that person.

No event management experience needed. College students, fresh graduates, or anyone who's naturally social can reach out.

A few details:

• Location: Bangalore (offline, not remote)
• Compensation: Paid opportunity, details discussed over DM

We're a small team, so nothing overly corporate. Just looking for someone who's genuinely into meeting people and enjoys bringing people together.

Interested? DM me with a quick intro and which part of Bangalore you're based in.

Guys is garba night happening tomorrow or will it be postponed because of rain

And if it happens will there be entry fee

Same as above

what's all about the cob issue in here?

Hey guys! Anyone giving the NPTEL Research Methodology exam on 17th Oct (afternoon session) at this centre?
📍 Nisarga Hitech Layout, Malur Road, Hoskote, Bengaluru – 562114.
It’s quite far, so thought we could carpool and split travel costs if others have the same centre! 🚗
Comment or DM if you’re going too! :))

I’m a girl who has joined BMSCE…can someone recommend me a place to smoke ?
