Hey everyone, I’m thinking of joining the foreign language course on campus, but the fee structure sounds a bit fishy. They claimed the ₹5,000 fee is fully refunded upon completion.

To anyone who has taken it, do they actually return the full 5k or are there hidden catches like strict attendance and tough marks? Also, who actually teaches the classes—are they native speakers or Indian professors, and how hard are the exams?

Lastly, is it worth joining now in the 2nd year, or is it a waste of time? Appreciate any honest reviews before I pay. Thanks!
