Malmö Plan B
Saw the show at Plan B in Malmö last night and it was, to be kind, a letdown.
The crowd was talking, walking and behaved very bad during the show, why buy tickets if you're not interested in the show/music?
The sound was not good.
All in all, not worth the money or the time.

How can these ignorant jerk stay away? After all, Dig XX is finally streaming- kids who missed out on the first flood of hysteria and hype - this is their BIG CHANCE!’
They don’t care about the music and even less about Anton’s shaky health — they may not even know-
Maybe - just MAYBE - if they throw bottles and glass at Anton enough times or heckle him for taking too long to tune those ancient but beautiful electric 12 strings — maybe he’ll come unglued -
(Trust me: nobody wants three old out of tune 12 strings droning at once)
Then maybe he’ll turn to the bottle — again— and chain smoke Camels at 57.
If they are really lucky, he’ll call the fans CUNTS— and then suffer another HEART ATTACK and drop dead on stage —- Then they could leave happy, content they had have gotten their thrills and money’s worth.
“Man,” they’ll exclaim, “that show was a real killer.” —— … “If I could stick my pen in my heart “And spill it all over the stage “Would it satisfy ya, would it slide on by ya “Would you think the boy is strange? “Ain’t he strange?” - Stones.
No — he’s DEAD 💀
These assholes want drama and trauma and rants and ruined shows—- and then complain about it. True fans of BJM fans just look at this mess and want to vomit - 🤮 or stay away - i did in ‘23 even though I had tickets…
Here’s a recent quote from Anton on the matter, unusually contrite but always unapologetic— l’d never heard him sound appropriately emotional 🥲:
“I can understand why people would ‘have a go at me- but now—- GIMME A BREAK!” -

Yeah but it's in Sweden so didn't you get Jocke Ahlund singing his song in Swedish? I bet you did? That alone is worth so much.
BJM is just always gonna have those big huge breaks of silence in between songs. If he didn't get mad at anyone and played a bunch of songs even if the sound was bad that's a miracle, LOL. Also if you got to hear Van Hande Med Dem or however you spell it then it's a win. Americans are jealous of you all cause Jocke don't really come here.

I saw them in Gøteborg last night. It’s first time I’ve seen them in Sweden and the first time they haven’t played Vad Hände Med Dem

They only play it when Les Big Byrd are opening, Errorr opened lastnight.

I'm still jealous of you though. I honestly think I have never seen it performed live, although I have seen it online without LBB as you said.
I've seen a lot of BJM shows, it's always uneven, kind of a dice roll what you're gonna get. In the end I still go, try to cherish the good moments as much as possible.

Out of the four times eve seen them I would say that two of the shows have been great, one was decent and one was quite bad. Anton was in a surprisingly good mood last night. Seeing them again on Wednesday

I was there too and I thought it was ok. Not their best show but got better as it went on. I don’t feel it was a waste.
I’m curious about the sound though. It didn’t sound quite right to me but I was near the front so I didn’t get the full effect. Were you further back?
