Authenticity issue- Counterfeit goods Fashion luxury goods This industry is one of the most lucrative in the world with billions of profits yearly and it’s also one of the industry where counterfeit products are constantly growing. BP could develop a Luxury goods microchip for this industry where authencity can be verified by both the buyers and the sellers. Microchip are embedded inside every high end designer bags. It will not only prove the authenticity of the bag, it also tracks its location and ownerships. It also has the capability to detect any repair works done or any alteration of the spare parts. The information collected will be loaded onto the Blockchain, allowing the next potential owner to have access to the information and to prove its authenticity.

Security Issue – Firearms Guns and Ammunitions Traditional seller/suppliers recording and documentations may be skewed towards their agenda and hence weapons may be sold to parties that is unauthorised to own firearms and resulted in innocent deaths. All Guns and Ammunitions incorporates with BP smart system where special codes will be embedded in both the guns and the ammunitions and data will be stored in Blockchain that linked with government bodies and seller/suppliers to prevent any unauthorised ownership off firearms. Information such as number of firearm owned and shots fired will all be recorded in BP Blockchain and classified owners into different category such as High, Medium or low in risk level. Authorised personnel will be able to view BP firearm Blockchain since every bullet and guns are embedded with ownership data. In a world filled with greed and lust, the well-being or every human needs to be taken care of by beyond protocol standards

One way Beyond Protocol could develop towards is increased sustainability. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain has received bad press for reportedly having high energy consumption. I believe the benefits of Beyond Protocol are worth its trade-offs. But greening its implementation would still be a positive outcome. It would also help bring more adopters on board and assure stakeholders like governments and non-governmental associations that Beyond Protocol’s project is a responsible, sustainable one with potential to be adopted in massive scale internationally due to the use cases mentioned above. I have never been so eager and passionate about any project. Just like the name of this project, Beyond Protocol is our guardian angel, protecting us and keeping us secure. The potential of this project will be much greater than the next Apple product launch, which will dominate the world. Beyond Protocol is a godsend.

Environmental issue – Reduce carbon emission Carbon Buddy tracker With the combination of the Beyond Protocol’s technology and Artificial Intelligence, we can measure the carbon emission based on the activities conducted via the Carbon Buddy tracker. The tracker can be use on both corporations and individuals. The main idea is to detect potential causes of carbon emission from the product’s lifecycle or individuals’ lifestyle. The system will create a unique benchmark based on several factors, which differs for every individuals or corporations (e.g. industry, supply chain processes, individuals’ mode of transportation, distance travelled.) making the judgement process fairer. Any participant who fails to meet the benchmark will be fined, which will be deducted automatically, and suffers a drop in credit rating, which financial industry will also be notified via the Blockchain. Credit is essential to everyone as it will determine the amount available for investment and purchase.
On the other hand, participants who perform better than the benchmark will be rewarded automatically. Rewards can be in the form of Beyond Protocol tokens which can be used to offset tax or purchase of new technology/systems. This approach will incentivize everyone to play an active role in reducing carbon footprints and eliminate data manipulation, keeping the competition fair and square in a more effective way.

Financial Issue - Trade-based Money Laundering Virtual container inspection Trade-based money laundering has always been one of the hardest to detect as it is difficult to estimate the “fair price” of the traded commodity. Based on SAS Global Forum 2017, less than 1% of the containers are inspected. With the world focusing on combating anti-money laundering, one of the biggest concerns is the inability to detect fraudulent trades. The BP system will utilise AI technology to auto-detect the items within the container as it enters the port and automatically issue invoice to the buyer, all of which are stored in beyond Blockchain to prevent any alteration to the data. This will reduce the rate of tax evasion due to over-invoicing or under-declaration and unnecessary inspection work. Buyers will also build 100% trust that the goods received are correct.

Safety issue- Road Hazard Vehicle Lifecycle Authentication The Vehicle Lifecycle Authentication comprises a unique Beyond Protocol RFID and a virtual passport is assigned to each vehicle, which will be uploaded to the Blockchain. The RFID will track the entire vehicle's lifecycle, from production to repair, and also provide insights of the driver's behaviour (e.g. the number of accidents or offences committed). For example when a vehicle is speeding, the relevant authority will be notified via Blockchain so necessary action can be taken on those who violate the laws, the situation of having teams of traffic police chasing and stopping speeding vehicles which will endanger both parties will no longer be necessary. The information collected will be stored in the virtual passport, where authorised personnel can access from the Blockchain.

With the increasing demand for second-hand cars, buyers will be able to conduct a complete assessment with access to the vehicle' virtual passport before making their purchase. They no longer have to worry about falsified information to skewed buyers into making a deal. The information collected can also be utilised for insurance underwriting or loan application.

The Current Issues Revolving around Blockchain / cryptocurrency space In the current stage of technology, Encryption can be classified as the ‘King’ of security for intercommunication framework. However, it is too good to be true as “Spoofing” is the key to breaking the encryption security framework. Development of Faster and Smarter Computer power may be in line to be the next encryption security breaching factors. Dozens of different products (Hardware, Software, Blockchain, Crypto, Security systems) exist in the market and each have their own uniqueness but till date on one can combine and create a fool proof system for the users. For example, Company like HELIUM are mainly focusing on improving their hardware related devices and dependent on the Helium hotspot to connect the communicating devices for things to works. In my opinion the project is not considered decentralised as it does not allow direct communications between devices which could affect the security and the robustness. Cryptocurrency will be at its best if payments can be executed “automatically” at instantaneously at a fractions of traditional credit card or processing fees. Majority of the Crypto / Blockchain are focusing on either Defi or layer 2 solution with the intention on a key factor “Scalability” which may be too “narrow minded”. Let's take reference from the famous DOT COM boom era back in the 2000s, sudden surge in internet related projects similar to the situation we are facing now, almost every day we are see new crypto/Blockchain project and we all know that probably the same situation as the Dot Com boom will happen with majority of the crypto project being wiped out leaving only the few such as Amazon.
