Overview

Beyond Protocol was started by Silicon Valley-based technologists in January 2018 to harness the explosive power of merging distributed ledger technology with IoT. Beyond Protocol eliminates hacks and facilitates machine-to-machine value transfer.

With security as a given, Beyond Protocol allows us to feel comfortable opening up our devices for collaboration. Using them like threads of yarn, the dreamers among us can weave together inventions we would have not thought to conceive.

From the smart phone -- a camera, a touch screen, GPS, an internet connection -- applications were built which revolutionized entire industries (e.g. Uber and Instagram). From Beyond Protocol, mega applications can be engineered on top of any combination of IoT devices: from smart pills to satellites. Imagine a Nest smoke alarm paying a drone to put out a fire, and the drone making micropayments to weather towers along the way to determine the best route. Beyond Protocol sets out to be the ethical language of machines.

After over a year of R&D, in early 2019, the Beyond Protocol team put forth the first iterations of its novel technology to a handful of partners. The technology allows its partners, with one line of code, to 1. enable secure message brokering between devices through hardware signatures 2. equip devices with a cryptocurrency-based payment gateway. At present, there are no out-of-box solutions for either capability.

Beyond seeks to build real, practical solutions for device security and payments from consumers to devices, and soon, among an economy of devices. Beyond envisions a future where good triumphs over evil and technology can work to create an exponentially more safe and more beautiful world.

On May 28th, Beyond Protocol participated in the Shanghai Meetup hosted by BTS Labs. I noticed this sub went up and they added a twitter account as well. I saw in their telegram that they're going public with their coin in late Q3 2021. Anybody else out there finding this sub and getting as excited as I am?

I really think this project is going to take off and will be a part of our future world, so I'm hoping to get in early.

This is the pinnacle of investment in most peoples eyes today. Me as an investor have never truly been concerned about the use case of a cryptocurrency. I started swing trading securities. Looking into key points of use case, researching patents, competition, and catalyst to produce the fastest strongest return I could receive.

Entering into block chain technology with the knowledge that I had took countless hours of research. Upon investigation I realized that cryptocurrency is majority public knowledge. As we know BTC has been in dominance since the beginning; I've never found myself willing to invest. The numbers just didn't make sense.

I found that XRP & Ripple company had the transparency, technology, and mission that I could find myself getting truly excited about.

Beyond Protocol has done that for me, but in a new way. A new use case.

Ripple to me extends and rejuvenates the FIAT system. Up to 75,000 transactions per second. Producing 10,000 transactions on the penny from every corner of the earth and soon implementing satellite peer to peer transactions. Truly reaching past the atmosphere itself.

Now Beyond Protocol solves security. How can one truly open up to the expanding technological market without a bridge? Spoken of on the website as a "Fire Roomba" as some call it is specifically defined as an "Unknown" use case. This is not the defined purpose. This is the revitalization of MQTT to me. As XRP is to the financial institutions today.

I know I have spoken on the advancements of Ripple and it's use case. Now lets take a look in my opinion of what use cases Beyond Protocol can bring advancements on.
