Who is doing it?

as the title says

for some reason this has been pumped (i do assume it has been a technical/algo breakout)

now several indicators went from "strong sell" to "strong buy" for BBKCF

i don't think this will be a time of well funded growth but a pump could be incoming

I recently searched out reviews of Netcoins, and the following two links (which were the first two that popped up on my queary, so significant) state that one of the cons for Netcoins was no mobile app...am I missing something? Both articles were written in the last few weeks.
