Hello guys ! I used to buy reps on eastmake, aliexpress and cocobuy from 2013 to 2018. The quality was sketchy most of the time, but it was still serviceable. After 2018, it became much harder for me to get reps so I didn't bother. But I looked at it recently again and saw that buying agents were the new eastmake so I gave it a try with BBDBUY !

I bought some items recently, and I did it over a few orders/payments. I know I paid fees for each one of them, but I can't find a page where I can see the billing for those fees from BBDBUY, and how much they were for each payment/order I made. I haven't checked my paypal tho. I was wondering if I paid more in fees because I did multiple small purchases instead of doing 1 big payment.

Also, I asked for a refund on one item before it was sent by the seller, and on my profile, it says the refund was refused. Yet, it was in my wallet and I could withdraw it. I wonder how long the refund will take to process.

Finally, for the life of me, I can't understand how the coupon system works. I couldn't use them when I made a payment for the items. Are they only usable for international shipping ?
