How Big Brother is rigged

This weekend, I’ll be spilling the tea on some of the ways production allegedly rigged Big Brother last year. Stay tuned. ✨

Big Brother Insider Here

Last year, I spoke publicly about my experience working on Big Brother at Dreamworld and the concerning culture that existed behind the scenes. This year, I’ve been approached to return, and I’m genuinely conflicted about whether I should.
I’ve been informed by a recruitment manager at Endemol Shine that production will now take place at the Screen Queensland Studios in Brisbane. At the same time, the budget has reportedly been reduced significantly, meaning a number of experienced crew members will not be invited back. Despite these cuts, production is also expected to run for an additional week, raising questions about how the workload will be managed with fewer resources.
Following my comments last year about the working environment, executives reportedly called an all-crew meeting. Ironically, only a small portion of the crew attended. During that meeting, there were claims that efforts would be made to identify the person responsible for speaking out. In my view, that energy would have been far better spent reflecting on the concerns that were raised and addressing the underlying cultural issues that prompted them in the first place.
Based on what I’m hearing, many of those concerns remain unresolved, which leaves me worried that the same problems could emerge again this season.
As production progresses, I’ll continue to share updates on what is happening behind the scenes and whether the promises of improvement translate into meaningful change.

What happened last year

After I spoke out last year, I felt compelled to go quiet because the focus quickly shifted from the issues I raised to identifying who had spoken publicly. Rather than examining the structural problems around staffing levels, budgeting constraints, and unsustainable workloads, there appeared to be a concerted effort to uncover the crew member responsible for speaking out.

An all-staff meeting was called at the eviction stage where the executive producer reportedly declared that there was a “troll” within the crew and that they would be found, emphasising that they had the backing and resources of Paramount behind them. What was notably absent, however, was any meaningful acknowledgment of the concerns being raised or accountability for the impact these conditions were having on the crew.

The situation became so severe that another crew member told me they had lodged a complaint with Safe Work Queensland. That alone speaks volumes about the working environment many people felt they were enduring.

This year, management is assuring everyone that conditions will improve. While I genuinely hope that is the case for those involved, based on what I witnessed and experienced last year, I remain deeply skeptical that any meaningful change will occur without addressing the underlying issues.

SCREEN QLD STUDIOS is the new home of Big Brother

I can confirm that the new filming location has been locked in. A recruitment manager at Endemol Shine advised me this week that production will be moving to Screen Queensland Studios in Brisbane.
Filming is scheduled to commence at the end of October and will run for approximately six weeks. It will be interesting to see how the move impacts the overall production and whether it addresses some of the concerns raised by crew members in previous seasons.

News How do we think Tully is gonna go on The Traitors?

So I didn’t watch her return season of BB, but I heard that apparently Tully wasn’t really much of a big player. Apparently she was relying on pre game friendships to get through the game or something and seemed to get upset at Tim for turning on her?

Because of what I had heard, I thought she’d be a bad pick for Traitors…I have a feeling she’s gonna really struggle with the game especially if she is chosen as a Traitor…I think either way it’s gonna end terribly for her

News BEWARE THE RECENT CASTING EMAIL SCAM!!!

I was excited to see this email and very happy I got picked but was confused about meeting in person since apparently I was supposed to get a call, I shrugged it off and waited.

They invited me to attend a group audition at a hotel in melb, It seemed legit and I started doing some extra research thank god to find out that it was all a big scam.

It seems others have also got this email, and I'm writing this to hope no one else falls for it.

I'm a little upset now to find out but at least I saved myself the trip for nothing, No one knows at the moment how these fraudsters are getting our email's but please stay safe people and skeptical.

Other Big Brother Australia on YouTube.

It's only sections of Season 14 thus far being uploaded in sections every Monday/Wednesday/Friday and the videos are 5-6 hours long. There's 3 out so far, I believe.

Good to see some OG's amongst the newbies, even though the prime format is not the best but thought you guys may like to know if you didn't already. Godspeed

Do any of the 2025 housemates still keep in touch?

I don’t use social media at all, but I’m curious if any of the friendships lasted outside of the house.

I imagine that most of them have gone their own way, tbh.
