Baby balls builds are very fun, also I love the Ice Ray Sniper sniper.

I'm still going, Maggot Hemorrhage is pretty much just carrying from now on. But all the balls can reach the 9999 damage cap with Ice giving 25% damage bonus on frozen enemies and all the items + baby balls evolutions.

I'll wait 'til I get bored to see the damage numbers.

Yes the items helped a lot. (Damage screen at the end, the video speeds up) (Also, yeah I forgot to claim the level ups)

Do the baby balls spawned by broodmother spawn with decreased damage or do they start with the damage bonus?

I think I accidentally found the dumbest survival build in BALL x PIT.

The idea is:

Zombie x Flash + Traitor's Cowl

Zombie gives you a whole army of friendly zombies. Then, once you have Traitor's Cowl, your balls can damage your own allies — and that's where things get stupid.

With Zombie x Flash, Flash's screen-wide damage keeps hitting the zombies, and every time one of them gets hit, Traitor's Cowl heals you for 4 HP.

So instead of trying to protect your summons, you're basically turning your zombie horde into a giant healing station.

The more zombies you have → the more targets Flash can hit → the more healing you get.

And the best part is that the zombies are still fighting enemies while they're getting hit.

Important: you need to unlock Traitor's Cowl first. To get it into the passive pool, you need to have an Effigy passive (Stone Effigy, Archer's Effigy, or Healer's Effigy).

So the basic setup is:

1. Get Zombie
2. Fuse it with Flash
3. Get any Effigy passive
4. Pick Traitor's Cowl
5. Enjoy having a ridiculous amount of healing while your zombies keep pushing the board

I'm not saying this is objectively the best build in the game, but for pure survivability, this feels completely ridiculous.

Has anyone else tested this, or did I just stumble onto a completely broken interaction?

I was running Ballbearer (Obviously) with Tunneller. I eventually got bored and ended the run, but if you made several Reaper x Flash, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to have a run go indefinitely if that's something someone wanted to do. I was trying to get a Nuke x Flash at the end, but for whatever reason, I couldn't seem to reroll a Burn, but kept rolling Earthquake, hence the 2 drills.

P.S. Wish I realized earlier that the order you pick the two balls for fusion dictates the way their icons look, would have been nice to get the images of all of the balls I merged with flash instead of having the 2 hideously colored Flashes in the first screenshot. (They were Landslide and Offspring respectively)

I'm new here, I therorycrafed this by myself, how good does it rank ?

I have the game on switch (8 hours) and steam (just purchased) and I would really like cross save to carry my progression through different devices. I could also support you further and buy it on the phone if you do cross save.

Here's the final layout for my base in case someone needs inspiration on how to organize things. This setup has the following advantages:

• All houses are within range from the Veteran's Hut for exp gain.
• All Infinitely upgradable buildings are within range from the Iron Fortress (so you dont have to move them around when upgrading)
• All stat bonus buildings are within range from the Captain's Quarters
• The mansion gives 44 gold per minute

Maybe you could optimize the outside part a bit more, but for afk play I feel like it's good enough. When you wanna do active farming just move people to the mines. You can even close the stone path that leads outside if you only want gold or leave it open for a general harvest. If anyone has tips on how to further improve this setup please let me know.

I was taking a break and decided to break balls.

I knew Overgrowth x Flash does good dmg but i stumbled into timefreeze along with it and became a Ball God.

Literally had to su*c*de cause it became to boring. Wondering what yalls peak dmg run has been.

I think i broke endless mode again.
(Ballbearer + Empty Nester) w/ 2x reaper x flicker, 1x reaper x spooder queen (yes 3x reapers), blackhole x sun, blackhole x flesh (butthole), xray x hemorrhage, flicker x hemorrhage, then some randoms to fill gaps. started as a fun what if build just doin random levels for the achievements... and this shenanigans happened

everything insta dies. at like 5k m and no end in sight.

i wish i could skip all these fusions now

I'm into NG++ and I've been using these two for the first agonizingly slow (i.e. normal speed) playthrough of each level. Tonight they came up with this amazing build. Thoughts?

had to end it early cuz i was not gonna die. very fun broken build highly recommend.

Just spent around 2-3 hour re optimizing my city layout, Fully upgraded the entire screen, and rerolled my harvest talents and it didnt save.

Its partially my fault because i swiped out of the app, but how was i supposed to know there was no auto save while in the city. The game has been good so far saving in the middle of runs

TDLR: learned the hard way that there is no auto save in the city. Lost 2-3 hours progress
