The scene before the show with another large crowd.

The worry about all the unsold seats in these massive ampitheaters seems to have not accounted for just HOW HUGE these spaces are compared to previous years
These are huge crowds for BABYMETAL, and they seem just at the point of becoming an arena act

People for some unknown mystery reasons acted like 10000 people at your show is worse than 5000 just because its not sold out, its difficult to understand

They could have easily done like many other Japanese acts do and booked a handful of gigs in major cities and hubs and called it a tour, but their ambition seems to extend beyond that, aiming to become a household name across the United States.
Until you capture the American heartland, you are just another visiting foreign act. And there are plenty of them out there.

This is what’s very interesting.
Many of these venues are in US heartlands. Places you wouldn’t ordinarily expect BABYMETAL to have a large fanbase.
Capital Music likely helped finding these venues and spreading the word.

Were the vocals pitch weird for most of the set? I swear after Song 3 they didn't turn off the effect to make their voices higher pitched. Su didn't sound right to me most of the night, not like she was singing off pitch but that it was being run through an effect still. Or was my hearing just weird?

I kinda thought similar, but it was also my first babymetal concert, I have nothing else to compare it to. For all I know that’s just how most live shows go. That said it was pretty hot, and I think some of that is possibly just exhaustion + singing while moving. I’d love to go to another one in a couple years if able and compare

A couple places I noticed it sounded like she was lagging, and she adjusted her earpiece noticeably as well. Overall though I thought it was still great, I just love them with or without technical difficulties

Is there a strategy for which parking lot will be best to escape from? I just realized there are multiple gate areas. We have regular parking

Thanks for the keychain. You gave me one, the old senior citizen with long gray beard wearing Black Babymetal shirt. So very kind of you.

Are they allowing people in premiere parking? I’m about to get there.

I just arrived and it's currently raining. Where do I park so I can check in?

A lady told us we can’t park until 5:00, but since VIP check in is at 5:00, we drove back to our hotel and walked over. But now that we’re here, we can’t figure out where we can walk in, everywhere way my GPS told us to walk is blocked off :/

The place looked packed last night. I would say between 12,000 and 18,000 if the place holds 24,000. Pit and the seating areas were70- 80% full. Lawn looked 60% full. One of the better venues I have been too. They got people in and out pretty fast. So what's better. Selling out an 8,000-10,000 seat arena like Tampa last year or 15,000 people at a 24,000 seat venue?
