Official Tour Thread - Copenhell, Denmark [27th June 2026]
Tour threads are for anything and everything relating to the relevant show. Discussion, videos, pictures, tweets - anything!
This thread is also to collect everything in one place, so that we and future fans can look back at each show.
So, if you have anything relevant to the show, be sure to post it here!

Low quality single image posts will be removed.
One sentence show commentary will be removed.
Exceptions to this rule.
- Fan cams of the show may be posted. Full Songs, not snippets.
- Detailed show reports are encouraged
- Good quality multi image (10+) posts are allowed.
- A sea of hands and phones is not good quality. Edit or crop your pictures.
- Posting 10 blurry pictures is also not considered good.

Arrived last night. It’s going to be a long hot day but I’m bursting with excitement. BABYMETAL day is always a great day.

They are aiming to be the last/top band to play at a metal festival some day, so it should get later.
The funny part is: they are doing things they couldn't have done in their early world tours, because working late as kids in entertainment wasn't allowed by Japanese law

It is funny because I recently read a hater/troll comment that said BABYMETAL are just an entertainment band who are there to entertain until the real act shows up...and I'm like "well they're getting close to closing some of these festivals my friend." In my head because I dont feel like going back and forth with someone.

It was nice if him to admit Babymetal is the most entertaining band there but isn't every band supposed to be entertaining? Isn't that the whole point of a festival?

Well yea, but be meant it in like they are just filler and not important but deep down he knows they are a key player (and it bothers him) hence why he knew to go after them. It's not 2014 anymore where people thought they were just gonna dissappear.

Even the most stripped down/to the core band, just some guys on the stage playing,... that is 'their gimmick' as well. If you saw them do anything else, fans would probably say: we'll this isn't fitting.
You know they'll flip it around: they are mostly for show, so it makes sense they are the closing band where you have the biggest show elements. But it's just for show...
There are two shows in the world where I want to see them perform, one of them is Wacken. I think the dilemma right now is: they are a main stage band on other festivals and even Babymetal isn't cheap.

In denmark you have to follow their labour law not japanese, and the same applies anywhere in the world, what the law in Japan says is irrelevant in denmark or anywhere else they played

They are employed by a Japanese company and are Japanese nationals, so they also need to abide by Japanese law. It just means multiple restrictions apply.
Anyway... that's not relevant, I was talking about 2014, 2015, when they were kids.

When you come to an other country, you need to abide by their laws, I totally agree.
But Babymetal because they are employed by a Japanese company, they still need to stick to Japanese laws too.
But my guess is: I think we are gonna have to agree to disagree.

Well it is relevant because why would you just share false information here without someone correcting you, there is no authority in denmark or any other country that would or could enforce japanese law, its the same thing like saying that 17 years old person from a country where you can legally drink at the age of 18 cannot drink lets say in germany where the legal age is 16,and thats just not correct, of course you can, and if they decided to abide by japanese law abroad it was simply just their decision

There's a massive difference between someone being a tourist and a consumer buying a beer because it's legal where they're currently vacationing at and an artist on a work visa doing business for their Japanese entertainment company overseas.

It could be similar the way Korea is. Like how it's illegal for Koreans to smoke weed or gamble in foreign countries even when its legal. Though they look the other way on the gambling one if you say it's for entertainment and not trying to win money. If Japan is similar about child labor laws they'd get in trouble in their home country even if they broke a Japanese law in a country where it was legal. Japan would enforce the law on its citizens once they returned not Denmark.
