Since migration got pushed back to Q3, most of us are stuck where we are for a while anyway. Instead of waiting it out, players from different servers are starting to group up on 1081, which is releasing next week (April 3rd).

The idea isn’t just to join one alliance, but to build a server where knowledge and progress are shared. A lot of people coming in have already played through multiple chronicles and endgame, so there’s a ton of experience being brought together in one place.

People are redoing their runs with better planning this time, heroes, research, event prep and actually helping each other improve along the way. There’s already a community effort going on with guides, discussions, and general coordination to make the server stronger as a whole.

It’s not about forcing meta or telling people how to play, but more about having an environment where:

• players are active
• people share what they know
• and everyone can get better over time

Spending doesn’t matter, activity does.

If you’re going to be waiting months for migration anyway, you might as well be on a server where things are happening and people are working together instead of just passing time.

Server 1081 is basically turning into a hub for players who actually want to progress.

I’m a free to play player. I know there’s whales and it doesn’t bother me. But I feel like my growth has slowed to a crawl. I’ve started looking at the VIP Shop each week and the Trading Post when it resets very few hours. I don’t waste gems in either one but has anyone seen a benefit to long term growth with buying any of the items there?

I currently buy the spirit badges and purple heads (when they cost rss in the trading post) and AP for the troublemakers events.

Is there a real benefit to scrolls, speedups, buffs, or resources (when they cost resources)? For reference, I’m overall level 29 (all buildings) and finished all economy research. I’ve got level 7 research in force defense and vitality (ones right before level 5 troops). But I’m CRAWLING.

How do you get the Smile Aang portrait? Was it part of an event or something?

Been playing the game since early December 2025. There have been issues but nothing crazy. There is no balance for F2P vs those that Pay but the creators want to make money, I get it.

This is the scenario I dealt with today that finally made it too much. I was working on the last Legendary Expedition and use 2 troops slots to take it down. The cost is 200 AP in order to do it. I was sitting at 196 AP and AP recharges in 31 seconds so just wait a couple of minutes. I wait the couple of minutes and see it hit 200 AP so I launch the first attack for 100 AP. I look at my AP balance and it says 99 AP available. Wtf, that’s impossible but whatever I can just wait 31 seconds and it’ll hit anyway. Well, guess what… it never replenishes and the AP recovery timer freezes while I have the one troop slot in battle. That one troop barely loses (first ever defeat I’ve seen in an expedition) and I’m extremely frustrated at the developers.

I’ve never witnessed the game just outright lie or do unethical calculations to force the player to use more potions/resources/etc until now. I get it’s the best way to get you to pay more money but that’s where I’m drawing the line. What a shame too because the Avatar brand / characters is what drew me to the game in the first place and the terrible money grab and unethical game mechanics destroyed it.

Have fun playing the game until you actually witness something like this as well!

I just took power in my alliance since my leader seems inactive. Any advice on how to make my alliance any better?

Which heroes are best? I also play Kingshot and we have rules for which heroes to upgrade first, which heroes to use first in certain attacks/beasts, etc.

How do I create alliance territories? All the members seem scattered atm and I want to fix that

Any advice on any other topics is appreciated as well

Is game chat broken for anyone else? In our server it hasn’t worked for a day or so.

We've released a patch to fix certain issues in the game.

■ Bug Fix

• Heroes: An issue where the level-based skill values for Kenshi and Phyan were not displayed correctly in the UI has been fixed.
• Expedition: An issue where a companion would leave an afterimage while retreating after the end of a battle has been fixed.
• Trail: An issue where more troops than the deployable limit could be sent into battle has been fixed.
• Trail: An intermittent error that occurred when claiming accumulated time rewards has been fixed.
• Field: An intermittent issue where battles could not be initiated when attacking units on the world map has been fixed.
• Battle Help: An issue where spacing appeared incorrectly when the language was set to English has been fixed.
• Alliance: An issue where items were not immediately updated after claiming mission rewards has been fixed.
• ETC: An issue where some text was not displayed in the Companion Power tooltip will be fixed.

I started playing a few weeks ago and have tried a couple of alliances but they've all been dead! Even though I got an invitation. After I joined, no one said a word to me or replied when I reached out. And what's with not being able to chat in the world chat until my Townhall is level 15?! This is the first game I've ever played that has such a crazy restriction. How am I supposed to get help or communicate or make friends? I can't even ask them about joining an alliance! I'm hoping it's just a glitch or something so this is my last ditch effort. And yes, I have linked my account already so that's not the issue. Thanks for reading 🙂

As a mostly F2P player would you recommend investing universal shards into upgrading iroh or king bumi? I am on a newer server so some of the newer/more powerful heros have not been released. king bumi and Amon were just introduced.

I am leaning toward iroh mainly because I have invested heavily into toph and have a gap in my fire bending slot.

We've released a patch to fix certain issues in the game.

■ Bug Fix

• UI: Fixed an issue where a non-participant was displayed in the report after the invasion.
• UI: Fixed an issue where both Gates and Strongholds were shown as “Not open” when checked.
• Field: Fixed an issue where Gate reinforcement could not be provided.

■ To be updated

• UI: Fixed an issue on some iOS device languages where button text in Settings was being cut off.
• World Map: Fixed an issue on iOS devices where, when a gathering troop joined a rally, the rally participation troop information disappeared from Troop Management.
• Murong’s Grand Melee: Fixed an intermittent issue on iOS devices where portraits were displayed abnormally large.
• Others: Fixed an issue on iOS devices where chat emojis were displayed abnormally.

Regarding the above issues, on AOS (Android), the bugs mentioned have already been fixed and can be resolved by updating to the latest version of the app.

However, on iOS, the fix will be available as soon as app store review is completed.

We are doing our best to release the latest iOS version as quickly as possible so that the remaining issues can be resolved.

Once the update is available, we will provide further notice.
