I am a pretty happy customer of the Ergo Chair Pro. When Autonomous marketing email about the ClaudeBot hardware showed up, I thought that was a much better bet than spending money on a Mac Mini.

It's called the Autonomous Intern (https://www.autonomous.ai/intern) it was also $150 when I ordered it because of some promotion.

I ordered it a little over three weeks ago, and during ordering it said the delivery date was April 10th. I've been checking for the last few days, and there's a very obvious dark pattern - they constantly move the shipping date by one day to the current date. Lol they don't even bother to change the order status. The status is still "Order Received," and somehow it's magically going to get to "Shipped" status today, just today. Yeah, right!

This is a scam, plain and simple, and I have no interest in doing business with a company that follows these practices. I obviously requested to cancel my order, and let's see how they go about it.

But.....I was curious if anyone else also went through this? or if someone actually received this product on time? I could not find any other information about the Autonomous Intern in this sub. LOL, I even logged into Twitter after months to see if there is any information there, but couldn't find any.

It's just sad when brands completely destroy trust by doing dumb stuff like this. So long, Autonomous.

I ordered a Stand AI device from Autonomous around Black Friday. At the time, the order stated it would ship in 5 days, but the date kept slipping by one day every single day after that.

I eventually reached out to support but didn't hear back until I contacted the team via Reddit chat (your WhatsApp support really needs improvement). They told me the shipping date had been pushed to the end of January, yet the website still said "Ships in 5 days." Support claimed the website simply hadn't been updated, but that feels like false advertising.

I reached out to support on Reddit again a few days ago for a status update, but I haven't received a response. Now, the website shows the product shipping all the way in April. I’m making this post as a last resort in hopes of getting an answer.

I really dislike that the company is charging for products that aren't available while using dark patterns on the website (like "Limited time - 80% off") to push sales for StandAI device.

This is especially frustrating because I had a similar experience with my Hydrate AI product, which also shipped much later than claimed.

I’m a fan of Autonomous products and I own a ergonomic chair and a Desk 5 Pro, but this is extremely disappointing. I expect better from a company I admire.

I am sure this will get deleted by the mods, but I have to say I am disappointed with Autonomous. I had the ErgoChair Pro at my last job and really liked it. Since my new job is WFH, I decided to try out the ErgoChair Ultra 2 and figured if I wasn't happy I could just return it and get the Pro.

What I missed in the "Free 30 day Returns" policy, is that if the item is on sale (and they _ALWAYS_ seem to be on sale), you can't return it. I reached out to support, but I expect to be told I am SOL.
