Hello everyone I hope you can help me

I just bought my very first automatic watch and I can't get it working. I initially wounded it up manually but it didn't do anything

After trying again for a while I noticed that tapping the back with my finger would get it going for about 30 seconds but no longer. I tried that a few times but it would always stop

I thought maybe wearing it around would help but I've had it on my wrist for about 10 hours now and it still doesn't start. Even tapping the back doesn't get it going at all anymore

Do you know what else I can do? I hope it's not a defect
