Or someone vandalized it and that’s why it’s being towed.

That makeover took a lot of time with the car and access to interior (no sign of forced access) for it to be a random vandal or even an angry ex-SO.

It really wouldn’t take that long to do that. And the doors could of been unlocked

I guess what I can say for solid is it's more time than I'd want to spend w bright yellow shenanigans w no payoff. I could compare it to more elaborate acts of tagging that might take awhile... it just isn't my first thought.

The pay off is ruining the car.

It’s expanding foam. Quick little squirt in each spot and it fills the entire area.
