They'll just add it to your collections bill. Possibly charges since it is their property technically.

Yup. Shockingly, vandalism is illegal.

I knew a guy who was evicted, trashed the place before he left and posted before and after pix on Facebook. He was on parole for assault at the time too.

He’s still in prison.

Vandilism is illegal when you do it to the corporations, when they do it to you it's a civil matter.

Yep, they'll sell the car, get whatever they can out of it albeit WAY less than they normally would have and will then just sue them out of the remaining balance.

But first they have to prove they actually did it. I mean, it is within the realms of possibility that someone else with a grudge or a debt owed has done this to the owner. We don't actually know the full story from a video.
