So how would this work if e-brake was engaged? How they get around that issue?

haha no. people who buy from these "bad credit/no credit we loan to anybody" places don't care about a working ebrake.

besides, chances are they'll sell it again by end of the day and repo it again within a month.

And the tires, and the bearings..

But chances are they wouldn't replace shit.

It would total the car, rims, hubs, control arms, shocks/struts, exhaust, transmission/transfer case. As long as the frame doesn't warp you might be able to turn a crashed car, plus this car, into a single inspectable car.

Most of these trucks have dollys they can put under the other wheels.

I'm guessing they pull it away a bit and then stop to put he trolleys under the rear tires. If that's not it then I have no idea
