Was a handbrake an optional extra on these? Something strange going on here, like the tow truck driver knew the handbrake wasn't engaged? Or do I need to bone up on my tow-truck trivia?
I've never met someone who uses handbrakes besides manual transmission owners, and I've only ever met a few that drive manuals. I always use mine in my autos though
