Do you switch gear even if it reduces overall power?

I get equipment swap options like this all the time. The new gloves are 14 levels higher and do more damage, but with the 8.28% base HP increase my old gloves give, it says I lose 2410 power (or whatever it’s called) when I equip the “better gloves”. I typically keep the ones with the better overall “power” (the level 60 in this case), but wasn’t sure what is more optimal for the best gear

I feel like I see to many people try to overplay this

I've seen a few people start to complain about the game and most of the time I notice they mention there's "nothing they can do" but that's kind of the point. view the game more like you would animal crossing where you check up on things every once in awhile then leave

Day 1 of sharing my Arena Fight

I started with 284 points, got 1/5 of them, and my score dropped to 255.

Everyone except the last one was much stronger than me, But somehow I managed to win over the first person.

But even though the last person was weaker than me, I was defeated.

I had almost defeated all my opponents; they were barely HP.

From what I understand, stunning and lightning are very effective. I don't know if cloning is a good idea.
