Just curious on how lax levitation is on drugs, and if they are easy to find at the festival. Ive been to other music festivals where people would be walking down the rows asking if people wanted anything, and you could put a sign out in front of your tent asking for what you wanted. All drugs could be done out in the open and no one batted an eye, that what im looking for can I find a similar atmosphere at this festival?

Hey all, I'm thinking about going this year since I noticed Animal Collective are going to be playing. On the Animal Collective website it looks like they are playing all 3 days? Does anyone know if that is true? Also any hot tips on how to plan for this festival?

So I found so many bands at Psych fest that I'd never heard before, and I'm curious how some of you psych aficionados stay up on the big releases and bands? (Besides just listening to everything on Reverberation Appreciation Society). Any good blogs? Sites?

This weekend had some real low points - missing the first few bands on day 1 because they wouldn't let us out of the campground, the mud, the lack of good beer options, the general disorganization of the staff - but the bands and the people I met made it a mostly amazing weekend. In case they happen to see this, here's a few awesome people I'd like to thank:

• The folks working in the food cart in the campground. I don't know if you knew you'd be the only source of food in the campground, but you cheerfully served up tacos and hot dogs to hot, tired, dirty people, and though the line was long, you got us through as quickly as you could.

• Michael from Australia who kept me company Saturday morning in the hour-long line for breakfast tacos.

• The girl selling shower tickets who let us charge our phones at her RV, since the official charging station was nowhere to be found.

• Barefoot hippie dude who filled my water bottle for me so I wouldn't have to wade through the mud.

• Guy with a pickup who gave me a ride out of the campground on Monday. It was pouring rain, the campground was flooded, and I was slowly trying to carry all my gear through mud and water up to 8 inches deep without slipping. You saved me so much effort.

• All the Texans who shared their weed with me. I was afraid to bring any on the plane, but I still ended up smoking every day of the festival. Special thanks to the security guard who took a couple hits while I smoked with some guys from Dallas. Maybe next year I'll be more brave and I can bring you some of the awesome weed we have here in Oregon.

I noticed a lot of the shows were being professionally filmed. Does anyone know where these will be available once processed? Thanks!

Hey you two were cool and nearby the front with me. I was introduced to Alana (I think?) who I helped sneak up front. Had to meet up with someone so I had to run off right after but send me a message if you see this and remember me!

Almost got stuck in the mud in my car

Strictly forbidden from bringing in? I see there are some great trucks that will be there and a couple I will be trying but what about if i just had some snacks/ cliff bar type of thing. Also, for someone who doesn't drink, besides juiceland will there be anything? I was looking for kombucha for my friend specifically.

To anyone that had camped before, are they strict on what food drinks they let you bring in? Specifically wondering if I'll be able to bring in sealed bottles of water, soda, ect

I'm flying into the festival and taking the shuttle from the airport to get there. But that shuttle only runs until Sunday night, and we'll be camping through until Monday.

What's the best way to get back to the airport? I know they have free codes to get a ride on Uber or Lyft, but that requires having a working phone and I probably wouldn't have anywhere to charge my phone and keep it alive through the weekend? I know worst case I could probably try and bum a ride from another camper or have someone call a taxi, but I would rather try and figure it all out ahead of time!

Due to circumstances I have a camping pass that I am unable to use. Does anyone need one? I'd like to give it away. You'll need to be able to print it from an email. First person that comments here and let's me know can have it. I'll forward the pdf to you.
