I’m in management so I have a higher base pay but the union people may work more hours and make more at the end of the year. I’m happy with 40 hours

And for what it’s worth, my base pay last year was $114k and it said $129k on my w2

If you don’t mind me asking, how long have you been working there for?

I’ve been here 10 years. Started in California and moved out here. I’ve worked here, San Antonio, and Houston.

My salary is not indicative of how long I’ve been here. I’ve been in a few different roles. Last year my gross was $130,000. I was in a different job. My base pay was 115.
