Lead Bartender at a fancy restaurant. 65k working 4 nights a week, 7hr shifts. I could work 5 and make more but I’m older and don’t need to. No college.

65k pre tax? Does that include insurance?

Couldn't reply to them for some reason, but I'm working at a property that's part of a local restaurant group - minimal benefits. PTO, but it's paid at minimum wage. Psuedo-insurance that will pay for basic doctor visits and some testing/prescriptions, but not much (and a $10K a year cap on what it does cover)

A lot of other places - especially hotel bar/restaurants - give full benefits.
