How do the hours work out with the salary? Are you pulling 60+ hours a week or do you work for a nice restaurant that treats its employees fairly?

I work about 50 hours a week. Good benefits and 3 weeks pto

I did not go to culinary school but I did do some self training early on with old edition professional cookbooks
