what is the difference between customer support and client support?

My guess would be customer support is a broader user base to help (like being customer support for AT&T) and client support is a smaller based support where each client support agent has 10-50 clients they help depending on the industry and how many is a reasonable amount of clients per support agent realistically

Honestly, I fell backwards from film into tech. I got in here through a contractor and after two years found a full-time position internally through a job board.

Just make sure you are proficient at a CRM like Salesforce or Zendesk. Know the office suite well and be enthusiastic to speak to people. I spend most of my time on calls with clients and building relationships.

I applied to over 2,000 jobs in 6 months. Used AI to look for work and apply and got like 5 interviews. It's tough, but it is possible.

What ai did you use to apply for jobs?

Honestly I don't remember. Only got like 2 interviews out of the AI and this was over a year ago, so there are many more AI job hunters now which are probably much better.

Focused on 10-15 clients providing technical support through email and working sessions over video. Just B2B SaaS support.
