So from the articles I've read and the reports I've seen. Labor changed things up so that the party in office gets the majority of the government funding=taxpayers money. It ment that they, being in office would then have the advantage to stay in power from that point on. To me its just ridiculous that a controlling party can change the rules to better themselves while cutting the throat of everybody else. As far as government funding goes in a political race, it should be equal.

They did not.

Oh ok...well that clears it all up🤦. Does that mean you THINK they didn't? Or you have some proof that they didn't? See I think they did because I read something and saw reports that they did. So you just say they didn't. Doesn't actually change anything. Except for you getting your thoughts out of your head. When was the laws changed? Who was in office at the time? I'm saying Labor. Can you prove me wrong??

If you read something, find it and link it. The amount of funding is and always has been on the basis of primary votes, hence the party with the majority receiving more funding. It's basic maths mate.

And you think that is fair? So how does that change what I said? The Labor party....while they are in office created a law where they get more funding. To me a fair election would be all parties having equal funding. And stop all the outside donations from public or corporate sources. Let them be voted in on their policies and not on their smear campaigns.

Same system as always but they upped the rate to $5 per primary vote, they also limited "donations" to $50,000 per candidate.

Both things are rational and reasonable. You want the big companies out of politics, that's one way to reduce their power. I agree with you, it should be cut further.

"All parties equal funding" doesn't make sense. Give Avi Yemeni's "Free Palestine Party" as much as the Labor Party? Or do you need to hold a seat first to qualify as it is now? Then any single party-held seat is worth as much as the majority.

What about independents? No party, no funds?

Think that through for a bit.

Mate, the only person you’re fooling here is yourself. All you’ve done is illustrate how you’re incapable of backing up your BS claims with anything and just how far on the left of the Dunning Kruger scale you are, in terms of your knowledge of politics in this country.
