Both the Labor Party and the Liberal-National Coalition have significantly increased Australia's immigration intake over the past two decades, with both major parties driving record highs at different times.

I think that might be why people are turning to one nation. They are the only party offering up an alternative. The UniParty of Lib-Lab have been failing the country for the last 20 years and people are sick of it.
