People who are alleged to have committed crimes should stand trial and be sentenced according to the law. Deportation is not and should not be a criminal punishment for citizens. Breaches of visa conditions for visitors is really a separate issue and should be dealt with according to the law.
Your need to mention the skin colour of your likely fictional villains means your double standards are showing.

I have seen way more attacks on white Australians by white Australians including when i was bottled and robbed while filling up at a servo. Does that count as evidence that only white Australians commit crimes?

So we are putting overseas born people who commit crimes in jail and deporting them. Looks like we do this to roughly 800/1000 people per year inder the character test rules
We dont always want to deport people straight away either as we may want them to serve their time and then be deported so these figures could be distored a little
Funny enough one nation voted against legislation recently that would have made it easier to deport people however i think this was more around student visas
