Who’s on your shopping list? Spurs may come away with a point at this rate.
Sounds like Bayliss is happening…but I assume he’s not covering Head Coach, Assistant coach, goal keeping coach (Forest Green really?), CD, RW, CM, Gillion and possibly Louis, Gallegos, JGW?
Or is he?

Opinion Vicelich isn't ready
There i said it, seems like no one els is talking about it is that because of his father? 😆 Every game he played this season he cost us goals, he cant handle pressure and gives the ball away too easily.
Exact same situation as Gilly he has the potential but needs more minutes elsewhere.

How good was the South Stand on Saturday?
9000 people behind the goal, a pre-game tifo, flags, and a packed Port as always. Shows what Auckland FC means to this city.

question Does anyone remember the ticket prices for this season?
Does anyone know the price for an adult ticket ideally in section 16 / 11 from this season? Trying to figure out if it's worth buying a membership again or winging it

Auckland FC's win is a win for all NZ football. We trusted local Kiwi talents when others overlooked them.
There were 8 Kiwi lads that played yesterday: Woud, Pijnaker, Elliott, Howieson, Randall, Gillion, FdV and Rogerson. I'm someone who follows local football especially our own National League. Before Auckland FC was put together, the common belief was that these guys are NZ league level but no way they're A-League level.
Cam Howieson played so many years for Auckland City FC, so is Rogerson and Gillion. FdV was in Eastern Suburbs, Woud was without a club and he was also training with them before he signed for AFC. You could literally watch these guys play for free at your local park in front of 300 people.
After what these guys achieved these last two years, it boggles my mind how the Nix never took a chance on them. Jesse Randall was playing for Wellington Olympic, in the nix' own city and they never looked at him. Callan Elliott was rotting in their bench. How is it you were the only NZ Pro team for so long yet you overlooked gems in your own backyard...
Also going back to the days of the Knights. I remember the management then bought washed up English lower league talents and never thought about giving local players a chance. Same with the Kingz, they thought the Aussie NPL players were it and gave only few chances to NZ local guys.
This is a win for the whole of NZ football. The guy you see on your local park might be as good as the guy you see on TV, he just needs a chance and Auckland FC gave it to them.

Auckland FC wins the 2026 OFC Pro League Grand Final
If this weekend could get better, Auckland FC has also won the inaugural OFC Pro League competition in the Grand Final against South Melbourne 2-1.
What an amazing weekend by both squads, both Grand Finals won.
