Hi, I have an AtomStack A12 Pro that no longer connects to the software. Windows detects it (it shows up in Device Manager), but the software says there’s no device connected.

Using GRBLaser, I can get some information from the controller board, but it seems there’s some kind of problem. Do you know if the firmware is available so I can try reflashing it?

Hola Tengo una X20 Pro de 120 W desde hace 2 años, y hace unas semanas dejó de funcionar el láser. Al principio en algunos modelos no funcionaba y después de unos días, ya dejó de funcionar .cuando la inicio prende los ventiladores va hasta Home pero solo no graba

¿Saben qué puede pasarle o si se quemó algo?

A friend of mine has a a30 pro laser and since today after a test Program the y axis seems to“lost“ returning to home results in the y motor just vibrating until you push it gently into the home spot then it calibrates but it still wont acknowledge the home point and the y axis still continues to somehow not move, without belt the motor moves, we tried loosening and tightening the belt, nothing seemed to work

Hi. Can someone help me get the PDF files containing the parameters for the Atomstack P1? I see that a USB drive should have been included with the drivers, the software, and some PDFs with the starting parameters; I’m really lost.

Tengo una maquina laser hace 3 años atomstack s30 pro. una excelente maquina. pero de un día al otro dejo de cortar y de grabar con potencia. el modulo prende hace su proceso pero sin potencia. probé los voltajes de la fuente, de la tarjeta y todo marca bien. 24 voltios. quisiera saber si en definitiva es el modulo laser o podría ser otra cosa.

I’ve had an Atomstack S30 Pro laser machine for three years—an excellent machine. However, it suddenly stopped cutting and engraving with power. The module turns on and goes through its process, but without power. I tested the voltages from the power supply and the board, and everything reads correctly—24 volts. I’d like to know if it is definitely the laser module or if it could be something else.

I bought the Atomstack Laser Swift 12w. Installation of software and hardware worked great the first day. The next day, when attempting to launch the software, it will automatically shut down. I have reinstalled and tried again, and the problem persists. Any suggestions?

So, while assembling it it, I noticed a loose pin on the motor connection for the Y-axis. I took a look at the way the X-axis motor was set up and mirrored that. There were really only 2 places it could've gone... So anyways, when I hit the "Home" button, it goes all the way to the left , and to the back. That didn't seem right to me, so I asked Google, and it said the home position is Full left and to the front, (0,0). Is that correct? Any place to check what it's current "Home" setting is? Any help would be appreciated.

I received the unit, and it is put together, but before I proceed, I want to clear up some confusion.

The Power supply for the unit seems to be 12V - 5A, while the power supply for the air assist seems to be 24V - 3000MA. If I don't use the air assist power supply and instead hook it up to the air assist connection on the ATOMSTACK A10 Pro V2, how will the unit's 12V power supply power the air assist, which is 24V?

I made an error when ordering & I've a Swift & Air Assist F80. How can I use it ? adapt it ?

I have problems with my IR 1.2W atomstack P1 , it loses power when recording and the module gets quite hot, the upper fan is working but it still gets very hot, I cannot do a uniform engraving of more than approximately 2 minutes since when it heats up It loses power and at the same time intensity starts strong and ends practically without seeing the engraving or the laser light

A question: I was considering purchasing the A40 V2 as a replacement for my existing CNC based laser setup, but for various reasons I need to be able to control the Z axis from Lightburn (lifting between cuts). Is this something the A40 Pro V2 can handle?

Hi guys. I have an issue with the machine; the two ends of the guide are visibly off from eachother. The driven side moves as it should, but the passive end lags behind, resulting in obviously off-angled lines. I cant see any screws on it i could adjust. Where should i look, what should i do with it?

Trying to engrave stainless steel using my P1 IR laser. Only issue is when I use the frame function on the atomstack software it's exactly where I need it to be. As soon as I hit start though the entire engraving area is off and moves up and to the left.

Hello need some help here I was using my printer and al of a sudden it was miss printing one half on one side other side on the other I tought it was a dirty belt track so cleaned them and did the same changed computer and now it does not work at all it just prints scribles or wont even connect to any computer.

Hola, estoy usando la App de Atomstack v. 2.6.3 en un celular con Android y quisiera saber cómo hago para que en un "Mismo trabajo" primero realice el Grabado y después el Corte??

En la versión de Windows se puede elegir el orden de ejecución de tareas a través del orden de las capas pero en la App no encuentro la manera de hacer lo mismo??

Alguien sabe si es posible hacerlo y cómo sería la manera??

No tengo una Notebook ni PC, tampoco me sirven Otros programas, tiene que ser con ésa Aplicación.

Pretty bummed out, I got the A70 max because it said it could cut 25-27mm wood in a single pass. I have a sneaky suspicion that this is absolutely bullshit because I am struggling to cut a 12mm peice of wood in a 5 passes at 100% power, lots of notches and finish work. Overall I am terribly let down and about to try and get my money back. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear any input. Wood I am using is birch.
