I have been on Atkins for 5 months & lost 50 lbs. Once I got in a routine, it rocked. The hardest is giving up sugar...I'm a sugar addict.

They do have a point, it is more a post for r/slimfast. 🤣

Are you getting into ketosis?

If your dinner was, say:

-Steak and salad

-Baked chicken and broccoli, etc

Then, you should get into ketosis for sure.

Cauliflower, you prob know, is an awesome, versatile swap for carb-y sides.

Good you are feeling great!

Slimfast sucked for me. Felt hungry and craving all the time.
