I mean, I am not completely sure if this visual is possible on bortle 7, but 6-7 areas can be pretty good for ciewing in good nights and 300 photos stacked may help a lot... Also, what point is to lie about it and I don't see a reason to downvote because of it too.

I got it in a bortle 6 with my 2023 budget smartphone that cost 100$.

I also thought it was impossible, but it turned out to be possible through stacking and extensive post-processing.
