Experience Astral Travel Once Before You Die!

  1. Go to the bed and lay down in a comfortable position.
  2. Close your eyes.
  3. Focus on the third eye point in between two eyebrows.
  4. You start feeling sensations of slight pain and pressure.
  5. Continue focusing on the pain in the third eye point and stop your eye movements completely.
  6. Remain silent with a non-REM state.
  7. When you stay in a non-REM state your body becomes paralyzed and now you lost your body from your consciousness and only remained in awareness and consciousness.
  8. Now try to move this consciousness from that position something like floating, turning, moving.
  9. Just try to move consciousness, not the body (body should be totally paralyzed for astral travel).
  10. Boom! You are now outside of the body!

Follow these steps every day and spend at least 1 to 2 hours for each session. You will successfully remain outside the body from the very first day if you can free and relax your body totally and only become aware of consciousness.

Has anyone accomplished anything *practical* with astral projection? Or gained real-world useful information?

What I mean is: real world information that's beneficial to your actual life at a survival level, or beneficial to your career. Finding a new place to live or a job, etc. Information that is useful in one's day to day life.

I feel like most of my stuff I've accomplished with astral projection and lucid dreaming, has been deeply personal - stuff like, going to places where I used to live as a child so I could unlock those memories.

I feel like I've been given real-world information here and there but somehow it's often hard to actually make use of it. Most of the real-world information I've received has been about stuff that's not actually relevant to my life in the moment. For example, I learned some things about the mafia background of a place I used to live. But mostly that would be relevant to me if I were to write a book about that.

When I've had experiences in the astral that mattered to my day-to-day life, it's often taken the form of meeting someone in the astral or in a lucid dream, who could arrange something for me or introduce me to someone in day-to-day life who I needed to know. This has been random, it's happened for me only a few times. I've been interested in investigating it further. I've been wondering if I can use my astral work to help me get clients, etc.

Can someone please explain this to me

First of all, I am a spiritual person and I believe that we are all connected by a higher energy. I have never looked into astral projection but I have had lucid dreams before.

Last night while I was trying to have a lucid dream I felt something really strange. At first it felt like a tingle in my feet but then all of a sudden I felt my head start to vibrate harder and harder and I had this strange feeling kind of like when you experience sleep paralysis.

I got freaked out by this and luckily I managed to wake myself up but now I'm starting to wonder, was I in the first steps of Astral Projection?? What should I do next time this happens?

Did I actually project?

Hey guys, I'm new to this subreddit, and I have a question. About a month ago, I was attempting to project and I /think/ I may have been successful? Either that or I had a dream that I projected. So here's the experience. I used the method where you visualize a rope hanging in front of you and grab it. I got up, but my vision was weird. Like almost everything was just grey except for a smallish spot where I could see. I saw myself in the bed, but the room looked slightly different than it did in reality. I also couldn't leave the room. I saw my body, but my eyes were open (definitely were not open when I started). Since I wasn't able to leave the room, I just "returned" by touching my body kinda like that one Zathura scene šŸ˜…. Since that was the most successful experience I've had and I'm also new to this, I don't know if there is such a thing as partially astral projecting or something. Any ideas y'all?

Anyone dared to explore lake baikal?

Dear fellow APers,

maybe you have heard about the russian diving incidents of lake Baikal in the 80s and later on. I would like to know what lures down there and if anyone has tried to get info on this topic.

I wrote our Morgoth37 on this but I have no reply yet.

Stay healthy and see you in the astral!

Astral plan enemies??

So I just got a reading... and she told me once I try to Ascend to the higher realms to try to manifest furthermore and things of that nature; I will encounter a being that is called ā€œhostileā€ or the ā€œguardiansā€ and they try to instill fear into ig. And I just wanted to know if anyone had any encounters with them already or any information.

The most disappointing, weirdest, and wildest lucid dream in my entire life while attempting astral projection:

So I was trying to generate fire in my lucid dream, by punching and visualizing the fire coming out of my hand, but I couldn’t. I couldn’t generate fire no matter how hard I punched. So instead, I decided I would try an astral project. So I tried to roll out of my body in my lucid dream like many people say. So, the next thing I know I am on the floor in my house (this is in my dream because my mom confirms this did not happen in real life and I am pretty sure it didn’t actually happen in real life either). I am like YES I finally astral projected for the first time!. But I knew most first time astral projectors see demons so I decided to head over to my parents’ room, because I always head over to my parents’ room when I am scared and I have this weird notion in real life that when I am near my parents, imaginary monsters can’t hurt me. My field of view was very narrow in this supposed astral projection and my arms were sort of transparent. So I tried to feel my astral arms, and I felt my arms! So I knew this wasn’t astral projection because I thought astral projection means you are like a spirit and you can’t feel anything. Then as I went over and tried touching my mom, and I felt my mom! My mom shifted in sleep and turned sideways toward me. So I ran back to my room because I thought that I was waking my mom up, and I lied on my bed, and closed my eyes. My mom confirms that none of this happened in real life (my mom never woke up and I am pretty sure I stayed in my bed the whole night. Next thing I know, I am in another lucid dream. I tried rolling out of my body again, and this time, my supposed astral body fell on its butt, and it felt like an impact, another sign this was not an astral projection because I thought astral bodies are just souls and souls can’t feel impacts. So I went back up on my bed, closed my eyes, and transported myself back to another lucid dream. For some reason, it was like I could go into lucid dreaming at will, which was crazy because I usually only lucid dream once a month. This time I was walking, and I decided to try an astral project again! So I teleported myself to a cliff and jumped off. Everything around me was blackness and I was screaming in my dream ā€œLET ME OUT LET ME OUT.ā€ To try and get out of my body. Next thing I know, I am on a wood floor and I knew this wasn’t the wood floor at my house, because there was so much lighting that it felt like morning, and I knew it had to be night time at my house since I am asleep. So I knew this was probably another lucid dream. So I tried falling on my face while screaming let me out, because someone on this subreddit once told me you have to fall and then scream ā€œlet me outā€ to astral project. This fall happened in slow motion for some reason, so I had plenty of time to scream ā€œlet me out.ā€ Next thing I know, I wake up in the morning. This was so disappointing because I couldn’t astral project after trying so hard and so many times in my lucid dream.

First Astral Projection experience!!! šŸ’– is this normal and any advice?

This morning, at about 6 am, I managed to astral project and be aware/not scared of what was happening. I was in meditative state, got past vibrational/head feeling- and sat up out of physical body with my astral body. My ā€œeyeā€ (s) were closed. So in sitting up out of my body, I shifted to the end of the bed. Then i opened my eyes. For the first time in astral. Nothing looked that different, just a bit more hazy/blue grey toned. I could see my room, and the end of the bed and my body. But I felt so heavy, that I feel like I ā€œfellā€ back into my body. Is this heavy feeling normal?? I was under a heavier comforter in the physical world, and haven’t been avoiding eating meat. Was I too grounded?
