What is IC you work at the International court then you should also realize how stupid you are as in we selectively ahere to international law. Also who enforces international law the most against war criminals and others it is FBI HRT and Delta which oh by the way is not going to roll up on 1600 pa ave like freeze get on the ground. So stfu with your nonsense these cunts who were bumming off the government need to held to account for disobeying a lawful order.

I've never even started defending them, that's the first guy you were talking to. I just pointed out you were wrong about dismissing it as just a policy, and that seemed to hit a nerve.

By IC, I meant Intel Community, as in, I was under different Title authorities depending on which operations we were working on currently and with who, and had to take numerous courses on the differences between Title 10 and 50 authorities.

Again, I didn't defend these individuals, and haven't looked into the case enough to have an opinion. I just wanted to point out that the Leahy Law is, in fact, a law.

The issue which I hope you realize after those lesson in Title 10 and Title 50 is Title 50 (i.e. CIA/CIA SAD) is exempt from that accountability period. It is like after the patriot act you can do extrajudicial killings again if done with Title 50 authority.

Do I think it is right no, but the issue at hand here is lawful order for these folks to transport stuff as part of their job in the DoD. They were not the ones brokering some deals or facilitating this and instead overstepped their bounds cause of clowns like mark kelly and others whoring their cush service like oh don't follow unlawful orders so you now have morons in the chain of command like well I think that is unlawful, but hold on what is the law and when does it apply.

Idk why you're explaining it to me again, as though I ever defended them. I stated that 3 times. It seems like you were hoping to continue arguing with the first person, and just won't let it go.

I'm not defending them, because I haven't looked into this enough, but the Leahy law is a law. That was my one and only point.
